When was the last time you Googled your own business?

Your 5-Minute Fix

Search your business name on Google and take a quick look at your listing. Check these five things:

1. Are your hours correct? Especially seasonal hours, holidays, or days you've recently changed.

2. Is your contact information accurate? Make sure your phone number, website, and address take customers exactly where they're supposed to go.

4. Read your recent reviews. Have you responded to them? A quick thank-you to a happy customer takes seconds and shows future customers that you're paying attention.

5. Look at it like you've never seen your business before. This may be the most important step.
